Huawei Released some of the Best Budget Phones of Last Year and You Can still Buy Them Huawei P Smart 2019 Huawei P Smart Z Huawei Y Max

Huawei has a tendency to bring very intriguing offerings for shoppers who are looking for new phones under 200 Euros. Honest some of the best affordable phones are made by Huawei. While many affordable devices can be miserable, Huawei bucks that trendy, and offers real excitement in this price range. This blog is not paid for by Huawei. You may notice that many Huawei devices are recommended on this site, but this is totally organic. It's a reflection of the fact Huawei makes plenty of devices with awesome value for money. Normally, this would a be a price alert blog post for just one phone. However, this holiday weekend, User Update has 3 Huawei phones that are certainly worth a lot of bang for buck. All phones on this list have good performance, decent cameras, and dual band Wi-Fi support. Best part about these 2019 Huawei offerings is that they all still feature Google Play store and GMS because they were all released before the United States Government enacted the so-called Huawei ban. Each phone on this list have very different designs focusing on different driving motifs. The P Smart 2019 aims for sleek with its minimalist gapless body design. The P Smart Z aims for a sort of futurism with its full-screen design and popup camera. The Y Max aims for retro-premium, with a styling that recalls the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. So you can choose from sleek, futuristic, and retro. All of the phones will work great for shoppers in Europe considering network band support. However, only the P Smart Z and the Y Max can be recommended to US shoppers and other shoppers around the globe. The P Smart 2019 has too few bands to recommend the phone to shoppers located worldwide. The P Smart Z has the largest number of supported frequency bands. The Y Max is a close second. Please double check your own local network bands before considering the Huawei P Smart 2019. Keep in mind that the P Smart 2019 will not be ideal for frequent travellers due to the small number of bands that it supports. All the phones on this list should be packing roughly the same amount computing performance, though the P Smart 2019 has the slight leading edge and the Y Max trails behind the rest. All of the phones are packing either the Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 710, or 710F, or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. Scoring as high as 160,000 and as low as 130,000 on Antutu banchmark. All these phones feature decent cameras for the price range, but they are all very similar and nothing to special. At least on paper the P Smart Z has a slight edge above the others, but it would be hard to really say any of these phones are remarkably greater than the other at shooting photos. Other than that, I have seen several other reviewers pan the Y Max camera as seriously underwhelming. Huawei P Smart 2019

First, there's the Huawei P Smart 2019. Of the bunch, this is the most compact and lightest phone. It has the sleekest design with its monocoque gapless plastic body. It also has the highest pixel density of the bunch since all of these 3 phones have 1080 displays, and yet P Smart 2019 display covers the smallest physical size area, resulting in the crispiest picture. Another cool trick is that the P Smart 2019 also features NFC. The P Smart 2019 also proves to be the best performing phone producing the highest score numbers in benchmarking tests and it also consistently stays cool, which is something that can not be said for the P Smart Z as reviewers over at notebookcheck.net report that the P Smart Z has a tendency to run hot. Android Authorities recent report explaining the decline of pop up cameras features other phone makers claiming that pop-up cameras create significant thermal challenges.* Another *Source: https://www.androidauthority.com/rip-pop-up-selfie-camera-1094655/ Where to Buy: Amazon Germany https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B07L41ZFYN/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Huawei+P+smart+2019&qid=1586711360&s=ce-de&sr=1-3 Huawei P Smart Z

Next up is the Huawei P Smart Z which brings a massive uninterrupted 6.6" screen, which is made possible because of the use of pop-up selfie camera. The uninterrupted screen, metal frame, and dual-finish backplate (half matte, half gloss) makes this device seem like it arrived here after being sent through a time machine from the future. Speaking of futuristic, this is the only phone in this group with the newer USB type C port - whereas the others offer the outdated microUSB ports. P Smart Z also trumps the other 2 models by supporting the largest number of bands in the group, thus is should have better reception in a greater amount of locations. The Y Max, comes in a very close second place lacking only bands 39 and 41. Unfortunately, what set the P Smart Z backs from being the top recommendation is that it sports the dimmest screen and unfortunately this device has a tendency to run hot. Nothing hurts more than having a capable, powerful SoC housed in a phone body that can not properly compensate for thermal conditions. In this case, a phone like the P Smart Z can never reach the full potential of the SoC, because it will over heat and throttle before getting there. Lastly, there's the Huawei Y Max, the most recommendable phone on this list, and out top recommendation right now. It bests all the other phones by having a full suite of sensors while the others lack gyroscope. If you want a mid-range phone that will give you the most premium flagship type of feeling then I would say Huawei Y Max is the way to go. It’s certainly has a wow-factor. The wow-factor mostly comes from the fact that the Huawei Y Max has by the biggest screen by far, at 7.2 inches. The phone has and imposing stance; it is truly a massive phone. It is the heftiest phone on the list at 210 grams. This is due to having the biggest battery by far with a capacity of 5000 mah. It possibly has the most durable build quality out of the group. Even though the design is not seamless, like the aforementioned Huawei P smart 2019, it has a thick aluminium frame and faux leather backplate that recalls the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or the LG G4. It’s a sort of retro design that brings us back to 2014 or 2015, respectively. Basically, it's the kind of design that you can feel both confident and happy to rock without a case. Even with that said, apparently there's a free clear TPU case should be shipping in each box.

The Huawei Y Max is also the only phone of the group where you can install 2 sim cards and an SD card at the same time, which is a huge bonus that's hard to ignore. It's also the only device hear that supports dual-firing stereo speakers. Unfortunately, the two main set backs for shoppers is that this phone is stuck on the oldest version of Android out of this group phones and the only phone in this group lacking NFC. The Y Max is stuck on Android 8 Oreo, while the others can support 9 or up to 10 so far. If you are the type of shopper that cares for updates and support then Huawei P smart 2019 is your best bet. But if you can live without the latest and greatest software, then the Huawei Y Max is by far the best device in this group. The last downside is limited availability, as it seems as though you can only order the phone from Asia, so beware of importing fees and customs taxes when ordering from AliExpress.
